"Worst bank. They changed my account and started charging me monthly $20 without my knowledge. Cindy from WM was beyond rude on the phone, blaming and accusing me. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and the attitude I received when I was trying to get help was disgusting. “Apparently” they sent out a piece of paper stating the change but I am on top of every mail I get and received nothing. I am cancelling my account immediately strictly because of how Cindy handled the situation."

"I don’t know what that persons talking about, I’ve banked with Columbia for about ten years and never had an issue. Most employees know me by name and work well with my occupation when I need to convert lump sums of money. Excellent service and such a nice staff! They’re always willing to help out. "I recently visited this branch to close out an account that I had there. The original manager was very good, the new manager is an inept woman who needs to be fired. I would not dare open an account there, not even in a drunken stupor. I made a call to the regional office and let them know that they have a real problem. The former manager was excellent. This one is not."
